How long is processing time?
- Processing usually takes 3-6 business days. After your order has been processed you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information for shipping.
How long does shipping take?
- Standard shipping takes 3-5 business days. You may opt in for faster shipping which generally takes 1-3 business days. All orders are shipped through FedEx
What is the difference between Virgin and Raw hair?
- Many people confuse raw hair and virgin hair, but there are a few important differences between the two.
Raw hair is 100% natural human hair that has not been processed or altered in any way. It is collected directly from donors and maintains its natural texture and pattern. Because raw hair is completely unprocessed, each bundle may have slight variations in texture. Raw hair is known for its durability, thickness, and long lifespan.
Virgin hair is also 100% human hair that has not been chemically treated with dyes, relaxers, or perms. However, virgin hair may sometimes be lightly steam-processed to achieve specific textures such as body wave or deep wave while still maintaining its high quality.
Both raw and virgin hair are high-quality options, and with proper care, both can provide a beautiful and long-lasting look.
What bundles do you have on-hand (local)?
- The bundles that I usually have on hand are used for hair included services, which you can book through my booking site.
If I purchase hair from you, will I receive a discounted service?
- Yes, once you book my hair included services you will receive $100 off.
How long will my bundles last?
- All bundles will last you up to 1-5 years with proper care and maintenance. Please view my Hair Care Tip pages for detailed steps on how to care for your bundles.
Do you have wigs on hand (local)?
- I only sell my wigs with wig included services which can be found using my booking link. Please be sure to book this service at least 7 days in advance of your appointment.
